CRM campaign for Starbucks

My Starbucks Rewards (MSR) lets customers unlock exclusive rewards, like free drinks and first tastes.

Every year, MSR runs an app and email campaign themed around Mondays. In short, it sends out an offer every Monday for four weeks.

For the 2017 MSR Mondays campaign, I came up with the concept ‘Love Mondays’. The idea was that each offer would help customers beat those Monday blues.

As well as coming up with the concept, I wrote the app and email copy for all four promotions.
